New Licenses
All of our software licenses entitle you to perpetual use and include one year of maintenance (support and updates) starting on the date of purchase. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional although we strongly recommend that you do so in order to get the most out of your product. For your convenience, we offer the option of purchasing additional years of maintenance at once.

Licensing terms
A license for EVEREST Corporate Edition entitles one organization to install the product on their network and use it for the number of nodes covered. One node equals one desktop, one server or one laptop.
All licenses entitle the organization to perpetual use and include at least one year of maintenance (support and updates) starting on the date of purchase.
