1°) not possible...
you only can convert csv to htm with the included report converter else you can use achrc.exe - works with everest reports too.
2°) standard tcp/ip ports are:
- remote system information: 2345
- remote monitoring: 2346
- remote reporting: 2347
You can modify them by file - preferences - remote features

It is possible to convert html to csv by using a soft like imacros from iopus(.com). the demo version is enough to do that. there are other macro or batch stuffs out there, but that's the best i found so far.
