hi, each client needs first an installed and configured mysql driver (3.51) - only then it's possible, that the information can directly stored into mysql-db.
about different results:
what means with fastreports?
tip: use a custom report file instead of /AUDIT only

Report/Remote Report Wizzart/Next/All Pages/Next/ADO
ADO means database you have entered by file preferences database
Note that by using the remote report wizard it's recommended that everest ist started on each client (/ACCEPTBG)
If you want test it local, you've to use the Report Wizard instead of Remote Report Wizard.

Hello Harr(y)
I have no idea wath I do wrong, but it is not possible for me to get any data in my MySql DB over remote user groups. I have done like you has writen in your last trade but it dosen't works.
I have my Everest installation V 4.00.976 on a server. All clients an me inclusively start Everest from this Server the user has inkluded /ACCEPTBG in registry start string. I start everest over everest.exe from the same server. So it is only possible to get my one laptop data in to the DB
Have you any idea wath I do wrong...
thx for our inforamtions

and on all clients, Everest starts with /acceptbg you've installed mysql 3.51 (odbc) and configured this with username and password?
just check:
go to one client another user is logged in - then first stop running everest (use taskmanager to kill processes).
Then click on start-run and type in:
\\server\share\everest.exe
then cklick on file prefereences - database and click on connection test. If this is successfull, you've configured mysql 3.51 successfull.
Think, you only configured your mysql odbc 3.51 on your client only, so thats why you only could insert your informaion to the database.
Note: using mysql it's necessary to implement and configure (=username / password) on each client mysql odbc driver !

...I know, I know...

That's the bad thing using mysql - in another thread here we're searching for a method to implement and adjust the mysql odbc driver remotly, so that directly
the collecting can began. For some clients, it's not the thing implement the driver manually, but if you have more then 20 clients, it worst to go to each one...
